Why? Why ME!

Why did I have to be so stupid? Why couldn't the lady just cut to where I asked? Why? Why ME!

Lately I've been considering cutting my hair. Not much just a few inches. Because my hair is really thin, so when it get's long, it tends to be all stringy 'n' icky 'n' stuff. So being the wonderful older sis she is, Big took Issy and I out to get our hair cut and shop 'n' stuff. I told lady that I wanted it an inch ot two below the top of my shoulder. When she finished, my hair baely reached the top of my shoulder! Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! I don't care how awful my poor, poor hair looked, it couldn't have been this bad! I hate short hair, and I really hate the style I have to do now! It's big n poofy n I look like some kinda FREAK! Whaaaaaaaaaa! And almost everyone else loves it. "Mary, your hair is so cute! Oh, it's adorable!" But it get's worse. They all think that I love it too! Whaaaaaaaaa! I want my hair back. NOW! *sniff. sniff.*

So how was your day?

A few hours before I cut my hair. (Icky, I know. That's why I wanted to cut it.)

A few hours after I cut my hair. *sniff. sniff*

More awful pictures to come.
K, this section is for Anna, so if you've heard about the surprise party for Becky, just skip this.

Two Saturdays ago was Becky Garrett's 20th birthday. That Sunday Sara took her out shopping 'n' stuff between services, so when we surprised her this last Sunday with a huge party, she wasn't expecting a thing. It was the Impact group about 30 people ranging in age from 13 to 26. We had a potluck lunch and played games for a few hours.
OK, you need to know about the loud speaker system in our church. It's designed so that you can hear the preacher in the nursery and the fellowship hall. When the Impact group has events at the church, we use it to play music, so just as always, we had music playing. All of a sudden there was an awful noise and then we heard Josh Lindeken's voice over the loud speaker. A few moments later Robert Cunningham joined in. Apparently they had decided that we needed a couple of D.J.'s, so being the dutiful young men they are, they assumed the role. It was hilarious!
A bit later Rachel Lindeken "called in" (using cell phones) and asked why the sky was blue. I don't remember what Robert's anwer was, but it was funny. Several more people called in including me. I was Jonni French, a sweet girl with a bit of a southern accent. He couldn't figure out who it was. I kept 'im guessing for quite a while until Big told him who it was.
After a couple of hours of game playing and messin' with the D.J.'s, we decided to walk to Horse Shoe Lake Park. We all went in a few small groups instead of one big one. Rachel Donald and I talked quite a bit. We like to walk while we talk, so we walked to the park, the long way back to the church, and then back to the park. Then we jumbled groups a bit, and I walked back to the church with mostly Lindeken's. We had pizza for din din went to evening service. All in all, it was a great day.

I need inspiration for this, and as you will see, I be plum tuckered out in that area at the moment.

Hello all!

It's been a few days, hasn't it?

The superbowl was fun. I spent the day with me chicky friend, Bethany.

Monday me uncle, aunt, and cousin whom I haven't seen in seven or eight years came to our house for din din. We had spaghetti. Big made french bread. It was YUM! I had never had it home made before.

Thursday we didn't have Bible study because it was the leader's birthday (he's now 24). They went bowling instead, but my family couldn't go because they were gonna be out too late. I was bummed, but it was a good thing. Lately I've been having trouble with happily doing whatever my parents tell me too. At first I was upset, but after a while I didn't feel at all left out. I am so very glad that the Lord gives me the means to follow His commandments! If He didn't, my life would just get worse and worse because of how miserably I would fail to obey Him. GOD is merciful, is He not?

Tonight is the Pie Social at our church. People make pies, and then they auction them off. All the money goes to a mission or something of that nature. I'm not sure what we're supporting this year. I'm not there because it's "adults only", 18 and older, ya know. But I did make two pie crusts for it. My family took...five? pies...no three, only three. Something happened to the chocolate one, so they didn't take it. There was apple, pumkin, and chocolate. We got to keep one of each here at home. YUM-A-LICIOUS! Michael and Ruth Lindeken came over, so we could party together. They're watching Pirates of the Caribbean 2 right now.

Hmmm....what picture should I use tonight.....

Ahhhh! Aren't they adorable? They're me friend's dogs, Gnarlz and Sooog. I love how Sooog's eyes look like blue marbles from the flash. They go wonderfully with his black coat.

From Pirates 3. Nifty, ay?
Well, I think that be all for now.
Goodnight, my beautiful friends! Rest in peace this clear, starry night.

Dr. Jekel and Mr. Hyde

Okay so the first fish that I found at the pet store and fell in love with was this big goldfish. Goldfish? Are you crazy? Everyone buys goldfish! Bah! But this one is special. He has two sides to him. The side I first fell in love with has this huge black eye encircled by a big orange polka dot. Now mind you, I hate polka dots, but this one is quite cute. Down his side is mottled orange, black, and white. This is Dr. Jekel. His tail is quite long and is also mottled with the afore mentioned colors.Suddenly, he turned and swam away from me, and, behold! I met Mr. Hyde! A hid-e-us eye peered out at me, surrounded by disgusting orange and white. I can't stand orange and white without black! His eye is encircled by a ugly band of white out of which he glares at you.
Okay, then I got two Cherry barbs, dark red with darker red stripes and a cleaner fish (sucker fish). And now I have a question for yall. Do fish get car sick? Cause mine were not acting normal when they got home......
Okay guys! I need some ideas......For my birthday I got a coupon for 10$ worth of aquariam fish. What is the coolest type that you know of? I can't have a turtle (bleh! Why would I want one?) or a snake, or salt water fish.
We already had a guppie and um he died....so something floricent that glows at night..... : ) ya know....The cool kinds....

I made this quiz. It was fun. You should do one too!

This is a picture of Red Rock. It's about an hour from Las Vegas.

Wow, a new personal record! This has got to be my shortest post ever.

Sorry Mary that I have disappeared like that; I do it spasdically.....periodically.....

Well....we watched "Man on fire" for family movie night. Umm........My Aunt Ginny recommended it ...cuz my cousin had to watch it for one of his classes. What she didn't tell us is that it is rated R for violence and language. And that there is some immodesty also.He goes to a Christian school! Anyhoo, I like the way my mind is working right now because it cut out all the bad things and I am just seeing the storyline right now. " Greater love hath no man then this that he lay down his life for his friend." The ending was just beautiful in that he gave his life in exchange for the little girl's life. How many of us have that kind of love these days? That we would die for our friends? That we would die for the unsaved? Where is our passion these days oh christian? Why are we not out there fighting for souls? Why do we sit around and waste our time? I confess that I am guilty of this also.

This author does not encourage watching "Man on fire" as it is a violent movie that promotes violence, immodesty, and alchohol.

Hi?

Hello Everyone. I'm bored so I decided to post. (Hint, hint: This could be very scary. Jane is known for her off the wall sentences of all kinds.)

So how be you today? Nifty, me too.

Guess what I be listenin' to? That's right!

"Num, numa yay! Numa, numa yay! Numa, numa, numa yay!"

Fully mean, Man!

"Allo! Allo!"

I love Tillamook ice cream! It's so yumalicious!

Guess what me daddy says? Totally gnarly, Man! And he says it in this weird voice and gets the strangest face! It makes me laugh so hard! I love me Daddy.

Ooooh, you guys gotta see these glasses!.... K, here they are. Me sis actually wore these! She looked way worse than I do.

Oh, I sound very rude. There's nothing wrong with the glasses themselves. I just think it's really funny me sis wore them. And 'cause she looked like a big geek, but that's besides the point. :) K, so is everyone clear? I'm not making fun of anyone. No, not even me sis. It just sounds like I am. But I'm really not. Because I love her very much, so I would never do such a thing on so permanent a basis.

This be me the same night. I was really happy 'n' giddy 'n' stuff. It was much joyous fun.

Oh, did I ever tell you guys about my dream? Oh OK, I didn't think so. Well, I was talking to me friend, Joe, in me bedroom door way. We were discussing how loud I am, "It just all comes out! Kinda like when I'm brushin' my teeth. My face is covered in toothpaste. I'm all droolin' down my arm, all the way to my elbow. I practically have to take a shower every time I brush my teeth!" Joe was just standing there, laughing hysterically. Kinda icky, huh? It's never been quite that bad before. Although there was that one time...... :)

K, so now what're we gonna talk about about about about about? :()
Uhhh...................................................................just a sec, Guys.
K, I be back now.
I wanna visit m cuz cuz in Alaska! Whaaaaaaaaaa! I miss 'em so much. I haven't seen 'em in like four years! Well, except for the ones I've never met. I've never seen them. Well, in real life. I've seen lots of pictures.

Becca can't get into her blog. It says it doesn't exist or it cannot be found or somethin' of the sort. She tried to update the other day, but she couldn't. What a sad life she lives. :{} - Oi, that be nifty!

No way! It's 12 to 12! You're kidding me! Oh, 12 to 12. That's funny. Not really. Well, maybe a lil bit. Na, it's not funny. At all. No way, no how! That is so not funny!

Ya know, I've been thinkin'. (I'm sorry, I know I'm not supposed to, but it's just so hard to contain myself!) I have conclused the conclusion that I feel sorry for the people who have to read me bloggy. I mean, the things I say on here. It's just flat out ridiculous! The sad part is that I'm actually bein' serious. Believe it or not (I know most of you don't), but I can

actually very easily turn quite serious in a conversation.

Dude! This is just my day, isn't it? I have conclused, yet again, another conclusion! I have a very strange personality. I mean, I can go from engrossed bookworm to extreme party girl (in a Christian sense, of course) in like five seconds. I am so good! It can come in handy occasionally, but usually people just run away screaming. But they never tell me what game they're playing. I think they're tryin' to keep it a secret. (Don't worry, it's safe with me. I won't tell a soul!)

Oooh, oooh! Guess what? I got to talk to me friend, Ami, from Vegas for two and a half hours! Yay!

K, so I should probably go now. Bye!
